Quiet area. The breakfast was grab and go. The entry doors are not automatic nor do they have stops that a short person could reach. This made moving a cart in and out cumbersome for a single traveler. It was a nice neighborhood to walk my dog.

It had nice hot water, the beds were big enough and comfortable enough. So were some of the pillows. I didn’t like the kitchen, the carpet was old and VERY dirty. Also, the breakfast was deplorable. The rooms need work… walls, ceilings redone and repainted, stop allowing people to smoke in ANY of the rooms(could smell smoke EVERYWHERE). Also, I couldn’t take a bath because the plug for the drain was removed and the plug that pulls up to make it into a shower was unable to be moved. The security lock had very loose screws. The room was great, no issues with the room or check in/out experience. The elevator and hallways smelled extremely bad of Marijuana and cigarettes.

Stay so-so Stay was ok but no plates or utensils provided. No maid service whatsoever.

Every single staff member was very very rude. They were out of every single supply no dishes no towels we were told not to bother them unless it’s for maintenance only.

I tried to book thru the hotel but no one answered the phone. The rep at the desk didn't act like it was a problem. I told him i called several times. It was a nice hotel with no problems. Bed was comfy. Grab and go breakfast was done at 9:30 on the dot!
