The room was great, no issues with the room or check in/out experience. The elevator and hallways smelled extremely bad of Marijuana and cigarettes.
Stay so-so Stay was ok but no plates or utensils provided. No maid service whatsoever.
I tried to book thru the hotel but no one answered the phone. The rep at the desk didn't act like it was a problem. I told him i called several times. It was a nice hotel with no problems. Bed was comfy. Grab and go breakfast was done at 9:30 on the dot!
Every single staff member was very very rude. They were out of every single supply no dishes no towels we were told not to bother them unless it’s for maintenance only.
