Worse place I have ever stayed. Room had a very unpleasant odor and the continual dog barking in next room kept me up all night also the floor was supposed to be non smoking and you could smell smoke as soon as I got off elevator. I asked lady at desk uf there was a place where I could get food and she didnt know any

It's my money! They charged us twice for one night. Trying to get a refund if the second billing.

Not what it says it is! It was a decent hotel overall just little issues that bugged me. First of all I was not told about a dog fee so I had to put out extra money just so I could stay. Also no one informed me about a $100 deposit if I paid with cash. THERE MORE MONEY IM SPENDING THAT I DIDNT NEED TOO. Not a horrible thing but when I go on vacation I definitely budget my trip and that was an incovience. The room was slightly dirty something about how they don’t get housekeeping on a daily. Nasty. Horrible customer service and room Well first off, the ironing board in the room was destroyed as though someone set it up and jumped on top of it. The room had less then a 1/4 a roll of toilet paper and when I went to the front desk to ask them if they had any they said, "No we don't have any and we don't know when we are going to get some." Will not return The website and brochure in the room showed full furnished kitchen and coffee maker, none of that was in my room. I will not be back.

OK for an overnighter The first room I was sent to had a broken heater, and it was freezing. A young woman sent me to another room with a lovely view. The room warmed up quickly. But the entire place is far too dark and gloomy. No blow dryer in the bathroom, no lotion, no mouthwash. No small pad and pen in the room. The wifi stopped working at 9:30 pm and was out for several hours. I expect these small comforts when I pay $75 for one night. The place felt unwelcoming.

If you have a few extra bucks; stay somewhere else First, let me say the staff was great and in no way shape or form responsible for the premises. The mattresses were "ok" however the pillows had a plastic quality to them and very hard to sleep seeing as they made that plastic noise every time I turned. The blankets on the bed were so short and thin; I had to ask for extras. disappointed I ended up not staying after checking in and going to the room discovered the bathroom had not been cleaned, my request to check out w/o penalty was granted.
