It suck and I won't be be!!!!!!
Hotel breakfast was horrible. A few prepackaged muffins and snack bars and a handful of instant oatmeal packs. We had to wait forever for them to brew coffee. They had a vat that was supposed to be for hot water to make tea or oatmeal but it was like warm at best and they refused to refill it.
Terrible hotel but great svc from Hotels.com My husband was never able to check in. Reservation name was mine and not my husband (systems must have substituted my name when I checked out.) They did not try to resolve - they turned my husband away - didn't even offer him another room or call Hotels.com to fix. So my husband left and went to another hotel. Extended Say America Ruins a Weekend I made a reservation for Saturday night through Travelocity. I printed the confirmation. The wife and I showed up at Extended Stay America-Columbia-Columbia Corporate Park and was told that the confirmation was no good and that there was no room because Extended Stay had rented the room to another party at a higher rate than the Travelocity rate. Good job Travelocity/ Extended Stay America-Columbia-Columbia Corporate Park!
too bad we were not able to stay because we booked online and when we got there we couldnt be accomodated since it was fully booked. This unfortunate thing happens i know but the lady on the front desk aggravated the situation as she was cold. Sweet words would have been appreciated at that time.
Are you kidding They took my money, but had no rooms for me. This completely ruined my night.
It's a very noise due to the working sound of the refrigerator and air condition in the night. Also, I found a cockroach in the bathroom.
