Ridiculous customer service. Booked 1 king + pullout couch for my wife, daughter and myself. Arrived 3pm to no bedding in room for pullout. Went to front desk and requested bedding, and was told it would be brought to the room. Left property, returned at midnight... still no bedding. Went to front desk and was handed a fitted sheet and a blanket, but was told they were "out of pillows". (Apparently they were out of top sheets too?) I booked this hotel last minute after my daughter and her friend had been at the ballfield all day, and we had to be back early in the morning. When walking in the 1st floor it smelled like cigarette smoke. The 1st room we checked into was dirty, pull out couch bed sheet was dirty/stained, used soap was left in the shower, and a cockroach was on the wall. We went to the front desk and got another room. There were roaches in our room. Old furniture. Stains and chipping on table. Water did not get hot. Advertised breakfast. Barely continental. Breakfast bar and coffee/tea.
Poor management.
The family upstairs yelled & stomped on the floor a lot but I don’t think
Under the normal circumstances, I have no problem staying here however, this particular experience I get a room with a bed that’s only 14 inches off the ground, talking about its accessible, accessible to who? Even a little person would have problems getting out of that bed. So they switched me to a different room the couch look like Freddy Krueger got to it, and the TV was positioned so the two beds couldn’t see it so I had to MacGyver that so that I could watch TV. Had roaches and the room smelled really bad. The carpet had the worse smell to it. Honestly 1st and last time staying at an extended stay. Thank God it was only a day
Nothing like the pictures. Rust all around and in the bath tub, cracks in the walls, water coming out from inbetween the titles in the floor. Bed was not comfortable at all. The complimentary breakfast is coffee and oatmeal packs and pre packaged muffins and my second morning there i got up an hour before breakfast was over and it was bare and there was no coffee
