The first room I was assigned had a rusted bathtub, smelled, and had damaged walls and worn out finishing on the tub. The bottom of the tub had holes with rust, and was discolored or dirty. I couldn’t believe they were actually charging money for this room. I complained and was given another room which was only slightly better. The bathtub was missing the stopper in the tub and was discolored. The toilet paper holder was broken so toilet paper was kept on the back of the tub. The door was cracked. This hotel is in rough condition. Things broken in the room, bathroom door latch was hard to open, very few plugs. Could use an update.

One room had a dirty bathroom still. The AC went out on the final night in The other room. There was either no sound deadening between floors or there was a pack of elephants in the room above us. The room with the broken AC didn’t have a phone, trash cans, desk chair or coffee table like the other room. The rooms didn’t match the pictures. The only plus was the location to our event.

The sheets were dirty. We had fruit flies. We were told if we wanted new towels we had to bring our olds ones down stairs. We stayed more than two days so I don’t know why the room wasn’t refreshed or new towels brought to us. Everyone including staff smoked in the parking lot and in their rooms which drifted into the halls and our room. In person the hotel looks different than online.
