The sheets were dirty. We had fruit flies. We were told if we wanted new towels we had to bring our olds ones down stairs. We stayed more than two days so I don’t know why the room wasn’t refreshed or new towels brought to us. Everyone including staff smoked in the parking lot and in their rooms which drifted into the halls and our room. In person the hotel looks different than online.

Things out of order It was reasonably clean, but the hallway bathrooms were not working, some room lights were not working, there were not enough towels, and just generally seemed like a busy place but not very well taken care of.

dont value long term guest or any guest our air condition didn't work entire stay the temperature in the room was 84 and 85 degress my elderly mother suffered we had to by a fan. The stove stop never worked we had to buy a hot plate we payed over 3,000 our stay we was always advised to book 3rd party so because it was cheaper but not telling us we would receive a tax credit each month that would go towards your stay but that never applied to our stay

Go somewhere else Very dirty. Towels and bedding were stained and place had a sour smell. The bathtub has a big blood stain that could not be removed by maintenance, so no shower available. Sold out so we couldn’t change rooms. This room was way too expensive to be in such distress. Never again. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED
