Was disappointed in my stay, the first room had dirty feet marks in the bathroom the second room had 2 spiders and they had no more rooms of the choice we selected so we were issued another room which was okay but it was very inconvenient to have to move rooms 3 times

Terrible service, dirty, smelly, but i saved $10. It was difficult to find help at the front desk. We could often hear voices in back, but it took forever before we saw a person. No daily towels, cleaning, trash, etc. I was told that we could haul our trash outside if it is full. Barely any food food for breakfast. There were two granola bars on a shelf, coffee, and hot water. No water, juice, nothing...... The hallways and room had an unpleasant odor.

Not good! The place looked terrible, the counter was old with cigarette burns in the kitchen, cabinets were in very bad shape. The pullout bed spring was broken, my friends had to sleep in incline due to the mattress having no support at the end of bed. It was late, so we waited to tell the front desk in the morning. The bathroom did not look clean at all.

We left early. We tried to get another hotel but all were booked up. The room deplorable. Dirty. Cups were used. Shower rod broken from the wall and a safety hazard. The bed was barely a full size and not a twin. Floor was sticky. Asking for a refund.
