Hotel was fine, but the check in staff were horrible, I arrived later in the evening when the doors were locked and could not get in. I knocked on the front door for a few minutes before i figured out that I needed to call the front desk. When I called, the person answering the phone made me feel like I interrupted her evening and did not seem enthused or compassionate with my questions. I will not stay an another Extended Stay due to her.
This hotel is newer and enclosed as compared to other Extended Stays which can be a little sketchy. The room was spacious. Unfortunately there were some used towels hanging on the door hooks when we entered the room. The staff was helpful, especially one gentleman in particular. He helped me with different requests quickly and without a fuss.
HOT! The room was so hot that it took all night to cool down . And it smelled like burnt fish!
