Not the best... Check in was extremely slow. Could not connect with WiFi. Went to main desk for assistance. After waiting for over 30 min for help, desk attendant tried for 10 min. Then left me wait for another 20 min while she waited on another person. Afterwards I nicely asked if she could help me again; she responded you need to call tech help. The check in was really bad. My drivers license wouldent scan on the check in computer so it took me a long time .

Drama A woman was in the hallway attempting to gain entrance in her room because she was kicked out. This woman screamed, cried, begged and hit the door with a frying pan for more than 30 minutes. It was heartbreaking and disturbing. The staff was not equipped to handle deescalating the behaviors exhibited at that time. The next morning the young lady returned and the shenanigans started again.

Bathroom needs updating Glued mat in bathtub is NOT very inviting Otherwise clean comfortable bed and good location

Property was run down and needs some work. Beds were old and lumpy. Heater barely worked.
