Average Stay As we checked in, the room we were first provided smelled like an ashtray. Not the staff’s fault, just an inconsiderate guest not respecting policies while staying in a non-smoking room. The front desk receptionist was nice enough to provide us another room! The rooms are average, not bad but not excellent. If you’re looking for fresh air in the rooms, look elsewhere because you cannot open the windows they are barred shut. The staff was really nice and friendly. The amenities could have been better, at least a coffee machine and coffee and tea.

check in with quick and easy which is what I had expected overall I was happy with my check in the room what fairly clean the bathroom had upgrades however there were a few areas that should have been cleaned or replaced such as tub drain had rust and tile table shower wasn't scrubbed properly as to the breakfast dissatisfied a lot of people don't necessarily drink coffee or eat muffins in the morning I understand that this is the type of breakfast due to the fact the Extended Stay provide you with a kitchen of your own howe... read more

They only have 1rollout bed in the whole building and I ended up having to find it.. Not very good at the whole customer service area.
