It was an ok hotel. The remote would work to change channels and volume, but would not turn on the guide or turn off the TV. I also saw a bug each day I was in the hotel, two roaches in my room and a small red bug in my bed on night. I did not like the fact that you had to ask for dishes and pots and pans, it is an extended stay hotel, they should just have that in the room; when I asked, the woman at the front desk did not bring it until I called about it an hour or two later.

First time at this Extended Stay and it will be my last. Very outdated and there was a roach in the bathroom !!

The hotel was not clean at all, there was an infestation of bugs in my bathroom, where they served free continental breakfast it was nasty right by the door. There was poor customer service and management was very argumentative after I suffered a bnot so great morning after seeing the bugs it was an awful experience one of the worst I've ever had.

Very bad experience too much noise people banking on your door for no reason. Very bad smell in hall ways. Phones never work in our rooms for the entire time we stayed too bad. I'm very sorry can't come back there anymore. Tnx.
