Service was ok but they need some serious upgrades I booked this hotel due to the location that was recommended by a friend who lives nearby. The area is nice and I felt safe at all times. The photos of the outside make it look nicer than it is. The lobby is fine and front desk people were friendly, if not overly so. Upon check in, we were given the rules "no smoking, no dogs," just as a large dog entered the front door. It did not have any indication of being a service animal but I didn't say anything. I saw bugs in the room, smoke detectir was hanging from the ceiling and the siao.package was already opened but left.

The tube in room 209 had some purple stuff in it. Shows that is wasn’t cleaned out. The grab n go breakfast bar should have some kind of juice for the little kids to drink .

Staff checking me in was not very friendly & didn’t tell me where anything was except the elevator. I didn’t even know there was a pool. Room was clean & spacious. I would have appreciated a little conditioner with the shampoo but otherwise great stay. I would definitely stay again

The room was spacious and nice. I didn’t like how I had to stand there and wait while the workers was sitting down talking.
