Very comfortable located in a nice area. My only thing was when I went in my room someone had opened and used a soap left it in the sink along with its packaging and one of my hand towels had been used as well. It was kind of weird but not enough to where I'd complain I just didn't touch it. Also my door kept getting stuck so I had to shove it a little for it to open. Other than that my experience was excellent.

Convenient local area They forgot to clean my room, gave me a room in corner. Even after i was told they would change my room but did not.

Great stay for traveling! I have to stay in Columbia a lot for work and this hotel is one of the best for the value I have found. The rooms are spacious and set up well for my family to sometimes travel with me. The hotel staff is great and they will remember you from before. Rooms are alway clean. Not a big breakfast selection but, the pros way out weigh that one con. I would definitely recommend staying here when in Columbia or passing through.

Convenient to interstates and shopping The hotel was easy to get on and off 85 and 385. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and gave us a top floor room on request. However, the rooms are very small, and there were a lot of construction workers staying there so maybe not for you if you have kids. Great for one or two nights though if you don't stay in the room much. And there's a mall right across the street, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Starbucks is right down the street!!
Good with a couple exceptions Thermostat did not work. Hair dryer didn't work. It was quite noisy. But the bed was comfortable. The room was nice.
I was only in the room for a brief rest while traveling. The biggest complaints I have was lack of parking, and not great water pressure. The property and the room was clean beyond expectation and the two staff members I encountered were very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
convenient to family. It was an ok experience. Just needed a place to sleep.

Great if yraveling wirh a group. Outside of carpet showing some age and shld be cleaned. Great hotel. Will defintly consider this chain again. Breakfast could be better but o well
