Great location, friendly staff, room was excellent First time staying in this hotel. Wonderful experience. Will stay again.

The hotel was awesome. The breakfast was horrible.

Good location, poor room cleanliness and service The room itself was fine but the kitchen area smelled very badly of old greasy cooking. Despite being there for two nights no one came to service the room, make the beds, exchange the towels, etc. The check-in person was very knowledgeable and helpful. The owner who we met while outside the second day for the solar eclipse was very nice. The maid staff needs to be refocused on doing their jobs properly and to do it on a daily basis...every day.

Beautifully renovated Was able to get a reservation the same day. Room was beautifully renovated and everything was wonderful.

A view to the 2017 Solar Eclipse First, I was there with 4 other adults in my party. We were disappointed that the web site advertised free breakfast but there was only instant grits and coffee available for the two days we were there. Others guests mentioned they had been there the previous morning with the same result. Staff justification was they were waiting for a truck to arrive within the next couple of days. Shabby but good room size for the money We stayed here during the eclipse and it is well located (close to the highway) and the room layout is perfect for 3 or more people. That said, it's a bit shabby in the inside. Also, the breakfast was very lame - not at all what you'd get at a Hampton or somewhere else that offers a free breakfast. They do bill it as a "grab and go" breakfast but if someone has already grabbed the muffins, then you might be out of luck.

Unimpressed 3 days no towels , no cleanings, no bed making. Breakfast was a granola bar. ,

Clean and friendly staff Clean with pleasant staff. The room was big and clean. The bathroom needed to be updated as there was a lot of wear and tear. The hotel served its purpose and was a fair price.
