not a good experience Non smoking room smelled like stale smoke. I can't write the words to say what we found outside of the door next to ours when we left in the morning. No where else to stay for Parent's Weekend. Next year I will make my reservations earlier for certain.
This was the most disgusting hotel I have every stayed at. Luckily we only stayed for about 60 minutes. After having to move rooms for the 3rd time I asked for my money back and was given a full refund. The first room had hair in the sheets. The 2nd room smelled of body odor and you couldn't flush the toilet. There was no toilet paper or toilet paper holder in the room. I made a reservation two weeks ago, once I got there the young lady sent me to the room. Upon entering the room the wasn't made nor had the trash been emptied or showers been clean. There was dirty linen on the floor so I let her know the room wasn't clean. She then gave me the key to another room but it was the same as the first. This continued until I was sent to fifth room. The hotel gave our room away! Awful. No room available. Even though I had a reservation. Had to pay triple some where else.

The location is good. Got to motel 10 min. before official check in time and was told.we had to wait because no rooms were ready. They told us they would call when a room was ready. Did not receive a call. Finally check back over an hour later and finally got a room. When got into the room, discovered their were no pillow cases on pillows Also there was no toilet paper. The first room has problems with the water from the bathroom sink. So they changed our room. The fridge in the second room leaks water. The bath tub is dirty. Room TV has poor reception. No hairdryer!
I had to pay for my room twice!!!!!! When I first tried to check in, they couldn't locate my reservation. After much waiting I was finally allowed a room. The next day much hassle resumed until the hotel manager said it was finally handled. The next morning when I went to check out I was informed I had to pay for the previous night. I tried calling Orbitz and talking to the manager to no success. They called the cops on me and forced me to pay for my room a second time. I have never been treated so horribly in all my life.
The first room was not clean cups left in the room toilet nasty tub to The bed wasn't made up... Room two was the same an the air stop working to....

HORRIBE! DIRTY!!! Let me begin by stating that I had driven over 500 miles and was too tired to leave. The room was filthy. I saw an ant walking across the bed, then when I got under the covers I found a gum wrapper and could feel dirt on the sheets. Clearly the sheets had not been changed. The place was dark and dingy. Could not watch any channels on the tv, all snow. The only positive comment I can make is that the gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant. Otherwise the room wasn't worth even $5.00. Stay away!
