Nasty Too many cockroaches!!!! Room smells weird .... just wouldn't do it again

Disappointing Hotel very difficult to find. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. TV in the room did not work. Very poor experience.

There was a lot of issues with pest control. Space under front door had no protection so pests were free to roam in from the out side.

45 MIN CHECK IN Nobody in office to check in, just a sign saying be back in 5 min. Sat there for 1/2 hr talking on my cell phone. Called the office from outside phone with no answer. Walked around facility twice looking for the front desk person but no luck. Finally after calling 3 times she answered and was behind the partition on the office the whole time with headphones on so she couldn't hear me. Then forgot to return my cc and had to go back down. Then couldn't have have Internet access

Nasty Dead Roaches On Floor Sheets Dirty Rude Staff Called To Tell The Worker She Hung Up Laughing Its Terrible And Very Nasty Inside Rooms Reserved One Thing Got Another

The very first room i was assigned (312) the air didnt work at all!!

Not worth the price This place was not that great. For the price we paid I felt customer service should've been much better and more professional. Our toilet leaked making the bathroom floor flood. Other than that it was just a place to lay our head but definitely not worth the amount we spent!
