Avoid this one Very outdated facility with rude staff and security issues. Our room had a window that did not close properly and had no toilet paper when we checked in. I informed the staff who seemed bothered with the interruption and did not even offer an apology. I will never go back.

Very disappointed. Needs to be renovated. Not clean. Everything worn down. Mirror had a thick layer of dust. The kind you have to press hard to remove it. Refrigerator doors up against the wall so very difficult to open. Had to stay there since I was fleeing hurricane Irma.

Nothing like most Extended Stay hotels The staff was friendly enough for sure; but there many many things wrong, e.g. toilet seat was completely unattached (the manager promised to fix it but nobody showed up), the non-smoking room had a remnant of smoke smell, the breakfast counter had oatmeal and coffee only (that's ok for me) but no bowls, they had to get me one. Terrible service I've stayed at Extended Stay before - basic, but a clean decent room. The room itself was nice, but everything service, maintenance, and upkeep was terrible. First check in, there was two irate guests in the lobby, one so loud the clerk couldn't hear me. Two, dishes are advertised with the room, my dishes were outside on the ground. Waste of money The room smelled of smoke so they changed the room for us. The following room had roaches climbing the walls. The refrigerator was very nasty and rusty. Needless to say the following day we were out there. We would have left that night but the front office was closed.

Glad I didn't have an Extended Stay! With everything bad about the room I stayed in, I can say the staff was nice and helpful when I checked in. I got to my room and it smelled like it used to be a smoking room. It had a very damp, musty, smokey smell to it. Went to check to see if the stove top was working so I could make coffee in the morning. The heating coils on the stove top weren't even connected to anything so no go there. Avoid- not safe for pets or people I chose the hotel for its location- I came for the total eclipse at the Zoo, and wanted the option of walking if necessary. However, the place is really a dump, and the management is incredibly poor, and I regret staying there. On the plus side, this place is pet friendly and I saw and heard lots of dogs.
