Bad experience very bad,because in the three nights ,every day appear bugs in the bed,dont back never

Scary The dirtiest place I've ever had to stay. If I hadn't pre-paid, I would have left! It was a scary place.

Not clean, sketchy guests. I rarely write negative reviews, but I felt like I needed to warn everyone: when I checked into my room it had clearly not been cleaned. There were hair trimmings (like from a man's beard) all over the bathroom counter, the tub had old soap, etc. I went to the front desk and they very politely gave me a new room, which was technically clean, but not amazing. The parking lot was full of riff raff and people hanging out by there cars with their motel room doors open, it did not feel incredibly safe.

Very unsanitary My room had a very bad smoke smell even though it was suppose to be a smoke free room. I had to was my sheets and pillow cases due to uncleaned sheets. When pulled the pillow cases off the pillows....the pillows looked like they have never been replaced ever. The pillow is a deep yellow in color in steas of white. I went out and bought my own pillows. This should be considered a Hotel...This is a Motel!

Dirty rooms Checked in at 12am, no one was at desk, after 2 calls they came and gave me a key to a room that was dirty! Never have I checked into a room that was not clean, I thought maybe someone was staying there already and asked for another room. Other room smelled horrible like garclic and onions, had grease all over the leather chair. Disgustong. At that point I was too tired to go downstairs and ask to be moved again so I went to sleep. Was not worth using my free night on this place.

Sub Standard I've gotten much better service from a no frills hotel chain. I booked my room for two nights. Upon checking in I was told that room service is only once per week! Wait, what?? So...I paid $200+ and had to take my own dirty towels to the front office to swap out for clean ones...really? There wasn't even a plastic/laundry bag in the room to put the dirty towels in! 100 deposit that's crazy. It's not worth that. 2/3 the value of the room

Terrible The TV did not work when we first arrived, the fridge was a rust bucket and rumbled all night long, the smell of whatever is used to try and clean the place was overwhelming, the bed was uncomfortable.
