Roaches in room
I will never get a room here again. The room smelled when we entered for the first time. We booked room to stay overnight due to a football game. Once we returned late from the game, all we wanted to do was take a shower. Once I turned the light on and started the water, roaches scattered in the shower. I called front desk. All they offered me was "I will put in a work order for maintenance to come spray in the morning". Well, since I only had the room one night, that did NO good. You dont spray for roaches anyways. Last resort Beds were hard, breakfast was a joke, staff was nice, not a good area of town.
This is a terrible hotel!! This supposedly a smoke free facility but our room stunk of cigarettes. When we left our clothes still reaked!!
Would be good if there was no bugs Unfortunately there were roaches and fleas in the room. I woke up in the middle of the night because a small bug was biting my arms
Quicker the stay the better. No towels, no remote control and not very clean.
Smelled like smoke in room. The comforter had alot of stains. Slept on sheets cause they were filthy. Didnt have a choice could not leave due to hurricane or we would have went somewhere else.
