Tired motel-style outside access. Kichenettes are functional, but you have to ask for utensils (assume extra charge...?). I stayed only two nights so did not need them. Saw some bugs/small roaches but nothing unexpected From a place with kitchenettes - there was a large gap under the entrance door, very surprised bug problem was not worse. The “non-smoking” room smelled poorly if smoke (had to get Fabreze!). Coffee and some breakfast bars in the lobby each morning, but that’s it. I think you get what you pay for!

Handy to Riverbank Zoo We only stayed for one night. Walked to the zoo. Great for a night and allowed us to check in early.

It was cool but I woke up with a hangover My super cool girl friend brought me an ice cold sprite with aspirin and 30 minutes later we had morning sex
Not a fan of this one Noisy. Outside of building smelled badly. Kitchen sink faucet was broken; toilet clogged first night. Tv reception was horrible- although we weren’t in the room very long. Never saw the ‘breakfast to go’ other than some bad coffee. I’ve stayed at other Extended Stays with much better accommodations.
