When we arrived that room, the room was not vacuumed. I saw a lot of dust and some chips are on the floor behind the sofa chair. The toilet was not able flush. The light near the main door was not working. WiFi was not able to join. I put my last name and room number to connect WiFi but it said wrong name or room number.

Ms. Shannonand her staff are great, very helpful.
I think I may have gotten bed bugs from here but not 100% sure. Wish they offered more for breakfast. Staff was excellent!
