Staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that kitchens had no utensils, dishware, or cooking pans. They had to be requested and took hours to be available because the front desk was understaffed.. I'm not blaming the person at the front desk (she was kind and helpful), I'm blaming policy and lack of staff. Also, the advertised pool no longer exists.

Nuce room. Smaller than i expected. Staff was gteat when you could find them. They had to many tasks for 1 perspn which kept them unavailable. Kitchen items were available upon request. I plan on staying again. The price is definitely unbeatable for what you get.

I loved the room! It was spacious and clean. Just about anything you need is available for the asking, except for strong coffee.. They only serve light roast. I found a coffee shop on the same road about 1/2 mile away, Sweetwaters, loved it! We were checked in and out by the Amy who made sure everything was to our liking and gave us extra towels and cups.
