ok hotel bad mattress. They are crunchy like wrapped in plastic or something.

Loved the spacious room & kitchen area. Lots of coffee in lobby and was great.i wish it had an indoor pool.

Nice place, great location My husband and I had a nice stay. We like using the Extended Stay’s because we love having the full kitchen. The hotel is in a great location.....so much to do in the area!! We will stay there again when we are back in Columbus.

We stay here Everytime we go to osu games or see family in cols. They R very friendly. But this trip we booked two rooms and both were a little dirty. An extra 10 minutes cleaning the bathrooms would have been in order...a little bleach around the tub would have worked...and mop. The hotel must have had a "off" day...usually all is great.

Polaris Stay When I came into my room, the heating/air unit was blowing full blast and I tried to turn it down with the controls on it. I called the front desk and the woman who answered said "The thermostat is on the wall". She was very short and didn't seem interested in helping me. I went to the wall unit and attempted to turn the fan off and several combinations but the unit kept blowing cool air at full blast no matter what I did. It was 10 pm and I was tired after a long day and had a long day ahead of me the next day... read more
