Short Stay But Great Only stayed one night but everything was great. Requested first floor room and actually got one! Ideal location for shopping and restaurants. Pet friendly!

Disappointing First of all we didn't get a 1st floor room as requested. Then the toilet was plugged. They were rude very poor customer service and the bathtub wasn't clean and for some reason they made a big deal over us getting extra towels.it was supposed to be no smoking and that's all you could smell up and down the hallways very very unhappy

O so close to the conference I was attending at the Polaris Hilton!!!

On the positive side, staff was very friendly and helpful. And for the most part it was quiet (except for one night when a herd of elephants apparently had rented the room above me!) On the negative side, my room was dusty, the microwave hadn’t been cleaned, the toilet had to be fiddled with to flush correctly, the heater was SUPER noisy, and the exit staircase I used instead of the elevator was dirty and several bags of garbage were sitting in it for at least 3 days. Safe area easy to get to off the hwy nice room comfortable bed quiet

The carpeting in the room was torn up by the door. Everything else was in order.
