Nice hotel with friendly staff. Lots of restaurants and a strip mall with lots of great shopping a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel conveniently located Four of us went on a shopping trip to Columbus and decided to try Extended Stay America near Polaris Mall. The location was excellent and the rooms were very spacious and clean. We didn't know what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. The breakfast did not have as much as other places we have stayed but there was good coffee! Also wished the sink would have been in the same room as the shower and toilet. Good for a few days or a few months. Overall a good hotel in an expensive area. Short drive from the airport and multiple destinations. Only issue was some attention to deal in the cleaning area. (The hairdryer and sink area check). Besides that no complaints.

Pros and cons When we arrived the internet was down so she was unable to find our reservations but did give us the proper room with the corrected rates. The room furniture was very worn and needed replaced or cleaned better. Tv remote did not work but was willing to replace it only if we went to the desk to get it. The toilet leaked which seemed like it had before because flooding around it was soft. Also the breakfast had no milk or juice but only prepackaged muffins and oatmeal so that could have been better with more opti... read more
