No breakfast. Wrong room given and was occupied. Toilet seat loose. Spot on carpet. Tv in poor location for watching.

The breakfast is just cold breakfast like grab and go. There’s no silverware no pots no pans no garbage cans so we got takeout and there is no silverware to eat it with. We had a full kitchen but nothing so we could use it. There is some nasty stuff in our bathroom when we got there. I could’ve paid $300 less and stayed at the same type of hotel. I get irritated that Expedia does not update their information or make sure that the hotels are what they advertise.

The front desk employee was very kind. Unfortunately, when i parked (on the backside of the hotel, since there was no available spots before that) it was dimly lit, there was a handful of men standing around a broken down car that then began cat valling and making kissing noises at me. Walking to the room the hotel was run down and creaky. There were people yelling down the hall at eachother and playing music loudly in the laundry area. When we first checked into our room on the second floor, I discovered ants on the window sill. So we were moved to the 3rd floor per my request. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, and neither did the phone. One night when we got back to the hotel we were greeted with policeman and a commotion in the front of the hotel.

The room had a bad smell. Beds were hard. Night Staff was very nice.

The hallways and our room smelled absolutely disgusting. We had to cut our trip short and leave a day early bc we couldn’t stand the nasty smell. Wished they would’ve offered out money back for the day we left but nope. They even knew the hotel smelled bad.

Never again Lost me at having no ice machine. Only hotel I’ve EVER stayed in that didn’t have an ice machine anywhere in the building. A small empty ice tray in the freezer doesn’t cut it. Didn’t have a turntable inside the microwave. A kitchenette with NOTHING in it to actually use because they expect you to call the front desk for every little thing you need for it. Nice place but had people in the hotel screaming at each other most of the night. Felt a little unsafe!
