Psychotic houses

The shower had a rust ring around the bottom in room 330. There were people playing loud music late at night and early evening. The breakfast was only packets of oatmeal and granola bars. While that is better than nothing if you advertise a breakfast I just expect something hot. I understand times are hard with COVID but these are some things I was not satisfied with.

We tried to check in at 4:45 pm on a Saturday and there was NO ONE there. A message was left to dial 0000 on the phone, but no one ever answered. Finally someone came to check us in, but he was a clod and unfriendly.

The property was fine. Shorty after checking in and my child showered, a roach was seen and we took a picture of it to show the desk clerk and he refunded me with no problem and ended up staying with family in town.

A lot of potential. They should drug test their employees

Terrible customer service, not welcoming. The tub was nasty and there was still trash in the trash can inside the room.

Vehicle break-ins high I stayed at the hotel before so I chose it again for this year’s tournament. The room was not as clear as in the past. The shower handle looks like it was fixed quickly and unprofessionally. The staff was friendly but not entirely honest. I was told vehicle break ins never happened at the hotel. However, my vehicle was broken into and numerous items were stolen including the dog’s bed. The police said they are always at the property due to crime. Customer service was very rude I did not stay there

We spent the day at the Columbus Zoo and at 7pm we went to check into our hotel that we booked and paid for days before through Expedia. When we got there we were told that someone else with the same name had just checked in earlier that day and that there were two reservations under my name earlier but now they’re both gone. I waited around with my spouse, our 5 year old and one year old. The plan was to take the kids to the room and one of us go grab dinner.
