Terrible customer service, not welcoming. The tub was nasty and there was still trash in the trash can inside the room.

Vehicle break-ins high I stayed at the hotel before so I chose it again for this year’s tournament. The room was not as clear as in the past. The shower handle looks like it was fixed quickly and unprofessionally. The staff was friendly but not entirely honest. I was told vehicle break ins never happened at the hotel. However, my vehicle was broken into and numerous items were stolen including the dog’s bed. The police said they are always at the property due to crime. Customer service was very rude I did not stay there

We spent the day at the Columbus Zoo and at 7pm we went to check into our hotel that we booked and paid for days before through Expedia. When we got there we were told that someone else with the same name had just checked in earlier that day and that there were two reservations under my name earlier but now they’re both gone. I waited around with my spouse, our 5 year old and one year old. The plan was to take the kids to the room and one of us go grab dinner. Not worth the risk. Suite reserved and paid for, not available. Upon arrival another customer was complaining of bugs in their room. We were Offered another suite only 1 actual bed & a sleeper sofa Asked if anything else available? We were told that a room could be cleaned and we said we would be back after dinner. We arrived back at the hotel and proceeds to the room. upon entering the room cockroaches were found. Went back down to the desk and ask for the other room as we could not locate another hotel. Horrible Stay Hotel looks nice from the outside but horrible inside. Our room was dirty, had very few towels (only 4 for a booking of 6 people), kitchen area was not cleaned well, rooms are very outdated. No hair dryer - broken off the wall. Worst was we had a sofa bed for the kids, unfolded it and it only had a single size mattress on a queen size frame.
