The room smelled.could not sleep bug bite on my wife and daughter.
Sink was broken, room was too small, door didn't lock properly, no continental breakfast other than oatmeal and wrapped muffins. Dishes were not stocked in the room. It looked like the hot water and coffee weren't even turned on so I didn't try it. I've stayed at other Extended Stays before and was surprised what this hotel lacked. Hallways smelled like smoke. Overall, the hotel was gross. Workers were helpful and friendly.

The rooms are outdated, no chargers for a computer. No plates, no cups.

Newer building but poor room design and awkward placement of TV and TV stand.

Bed alledgely was Queen. It was a Full size bed. Manager would not adjust room price. Upon arrival assigned to room that was not cleaned and check in time was for 3:00 p.m. I arrived at 7:45p.m. walked in room not cleaned. Requested a Queen size bed, uncomforatble and room could have been cleaner.

I woke up at 1am to a couple fighting and it sounded like it was right outside of my door. I called the front desk and was told it's being handled. I waited and still heard doors slamming and yelling on and off for another 30 minutes. I called to the front desk again and got no answer.
