Not what I expected and not what the pictures on t It was stuffy and there was a dog in the next room kept barking all day and night

My husband got bitten by bed bugs, there are roaches in the kitchen.

Hotel needs major updating. Old and stained furniture. Small roaches were in the bathroom. Bathtub was separating from the walls. Knobs kept coming off the stove. Broken windows. We couldnt open our room window be cause broken glass would fall into our room. Floors upon arrival needed a good sweeping. I should have taken pictures, but i had small kids i kept forgetting. We will not be staying there again. Do NOT recomend staying with children.

We had a late check in and I had called in advance to confirm my room. When I got there at 1 am we got our keys went up to our room and they had given us the wrong room I went and talked to the front desk lady and she told me there were no more rooms available for the night! I was upset because I had 3 small children one being a 5 month old so we needed a place to sleep fast and they gave us a room with 1 bed it was unacceptable I still have yet to receive my refund. Staff was courteous and helpful. Lobby was very dirty on arrival. Shower spray was a little more than a trickle. Breakfast was muffins and oatmeal packs.

This property is dirty and dingy. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The double pull-out sofa was disgusting. The mattress looked like it was pulled out of a dumpster; we couldn't even use it.

Chips on the floor, no breakfast, lift was making too much noise, no soap , face wash, shampoo etc. Was in the room.

Everything was good in the lobby, receptionist good attitude they also have a little gym area vending machine , laundry room but went we got to the room started the bad things, I don’t know if the room got flooded before cause the floor look like potholes from the streets, the head shower didn’t work properly and other little things…. I expect a little more for that price
