Never stay here Horrible stay dirty room

The place was small,old ,out dated and had a Funky smell. The place was quiet and in a safe area

Supposedly a no smoking room-definitely been a heavy smoker in it before me. The room was right under an area of the hotel being actively re-roofed while there. Bathroom sink, table in kichonette dirty. Sticky floor.

No nice experience to write about. The check in clerk was totally clueless. They make you sing a form that you will not be smoking but the drug dealers that were living in the quarter below my room smoked all night so I woke up to the stench of a bar. I told the staff my bath tub was not draining and when I got back for the second night, it was still full of water. I got my things and told them to keep my money. If you EVER review ESA negatively I did not Stay, When we arrived there were 6 cop cars there, I went in to check in and the girls were very nice but distant. and I am sure it was because they knew that I had left negative reviews on the Vantage Property. I cancelled at the property and yet I am still being charged? I went to see a friend that stays there and she was in her tiny room crying she said that she had been assaulted by another guest there at property the night before and she wanted me to go and grab one of the cop... read more

Mediocre at best... Upon checking in, we were given a room that was either not cleaned after the last guest or maybe was currently being used by someone. I went back to the front desk and was given another room. It was fine. Nothing fancy. But there were no pots/pans/glasses/plates/silverware/utensils as advertised. The cupboards and drawers were completely empty. There was also no shampoo/conditioner/blow dryer etc. We did have clean towels but that was all that was provided. I had a reservation but went I got there they hab no rooms. Then they charged me for not showing up.

nice front desk, dirty, unstocked rooms first room given had bed made but when cover pulled back had hair, food, dirt on sheets. Had to reload car, go back to office get a new room. New roon had no pillowcases on pillows and no towels or soap. The front desk apologized everytime I went in but to have to keep going back was irritating. When we returned at night, the smell of marijuana was all around. Spend the extra $20 on a better hotel. After booking this room through Hotels.com, I received messages like "No need to call. Your reservation is reserved." Well we get there to check in, 2 hours after check in time. The man at the front desk is telling me how full the hotel is, and how lucky we are. He tells me that the one room left was either going to be mine or belong to another group, who hadn't checked in yet. We only got the room because we got there before the other group, who apparently also had a reservation. This ... read more
