Could not get any sleep, people above me were stomping/running until 3am

Like: the price Dislike: Had to dial 0 at the front desk before someone came to check me in. Same thing when trying to check out. Elevator was so loud that I could hear it from my bed every single time it went up or down!

The heater didn't work and I changed my room once cuz it was not working but even when I changed my room the other one also didn't work so it was so cold and overall it wasn't a good experience at all

Overall ok No housekeeping when it was promised.

We’ve been here for a few days now. I already made my comment from our first day. For the most part, things have been great except for when it comes to asking for certain things... silverware and plates took 2 days, and we are still waiting on a toaster, which today is the 3rd day...
