BUSINESS TRIP THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL..... SHE SPOKE TO ME AND A COUPLE OF OTHER GUEST LIKE WE WERE HER FRIENDS OR HOMEBOYS. KEPT CUTTING ME OFF DURING CONVERSATION. JUST MADE THE CHECK IN UNCOMFORTABLE, SHE NEEDS TO DO AN ETIQUETTE OR PROFESSIONALISM TRAINING CLASS. NOT A GOOD REPRESENTATION OF THE BRAND FOR THE COMPANY.

Breakfast was the bare minimum Tea, coffee, instant oatmeal and mini muffins They were always out of hot chocolate But the pool was nice And the room was clean
