NOT HAPPY WITH CHECK IN Bed was super comfortable, room was spacious and cleaned, the thing I didn't like was front desk trying to argue with me the day of check in that there were no room singles available and that it was my fault not showing up earlier and charge me extra to go to an upgrade room very unprofessional so yes I am upset I hope they straighten out staff to treat guests better
