The front desk staff (white woman) was rude, short and dismissive while the other lady (hispanic) was very inviting and welcoming. I proceeded to inform the rude lady, but decided she wasn't worth my time, but perhaps for a brand such as Extended Stay it would behoove you all to know that that type of attitude can deter customers from wanting to book stays with your hotel so if you're seeing any drop offs, she may be a reason.

Clean and roomy Very central location. Very clean and spacious. Only complaint was that the entire hotel and room had a stale odor.

Not for me My room was extremely loud i could hear cars passing by all night since it is right next to the freeway, staff was great very helpful and the bed had something in it it made me very itchy

The overnight fiasco When I arrived I had to wait about 10 minutes because no one was at the front desk. There was a family in front of me and looks like they had been there awhile. The attendant finally showed and told me she had just got back from vacation and she found out the key pads weren’t working so she had to take each guest to their room. Cristina and Sarah were very sweet, however the keycard system was down the entire weekend so I was unable to get into my room without staff letting me in. Imagine having to wait while the staff traveled in between the second, third and first floor to let you in your room. This made these ladies jobs very difficult and a lot of customers upset.
