WORST HOTEL ROOM EVER!!!!!!!! I had to get fresh towels everyday by my self the room was never cleaned or bed was never made the front desk clerk told me they have never known a hotel to clean rooms and make beds and freshen the towels ever???? WHAT KIND OF HOREL DO YOU RUN??? And the room was STINKING OF CURRY!!!!!

Horible customer service by front desk on Oct 30th Sorry to say its pathetic. I checked in early there by paid extra money towards early check in. Front desk general manager who was present at 10:00 AM in the morning alloted me room 134. I did clearly ask her if the room is cleaned and ready to check in. She said yes. I went to room 134 and to my utter suprise it was not even cleaned , towels lying down, bed is in horrible condition. I went back to front desk and requested her to come and see room 134. Disappointing The room we booked (and paid for) was not available, so we were "upgraded" to a deluxe suite with only one bed (there are four of us). Although the website said each room was equipped with everything necessary to cook we found nothing, not even cups to drink from, and upon requesting kitchen supplies were told they wouldn't have any in until 7 am the following day. Really it was a bad experience with Extended stay america.Reception is good for giving the room before one hour but no breakfast not even single day.At the time of reservation i checked with hotel they mention and told they have breakfast but it doesn't have any breakfast items when i asked receptionist she told it is not shipped the food items.And lot of mosquitoes , the trash box is keeping at rooms side only so lot of mosquitoes.The shower only working past 2 days no down water.It was repaired after 2 days.

Needs help Room was pre-paid, called to advise we were running behind and would be there, once there was informed that had we not called, they would have given our room away! Grounds disgusting, trash all over, standing water in the parking lot that was green, never will return
