I found a cockroach in my room. I have pics if needed. The First Lady I met with was kind of rude. I will not recommend and never stay there again. I was so disappointed. I didn’t even sleep under the covers. The kitchen sink was also stopped up.

room did not have couch as shown in pictures had to cancel registration in pouring rain found another hotel but clerk only canceled one registration so charge one day. customer service was not a friendly experience.

Terrible service! Service and amenities were not good at all. Place smelled like smoke. We got a rude call asking why out stuff was still there and were told to get stuff out. We had already paid for 2 days and got a rude call 1 day after. After they sorted it out, we were still locked out of the room. We did not even stay in the location we booked and were charged more than advertised.

Hotel overbooked and was moved to another hotel, due to tight schedule I was not able to check in until the my event was over 2:41 am because of the change of hotel
A/c didn’t work and lots of cockroaches.

Was not told about the additional $25 fee when I asked if it was ok to check in 30 minutes early.
