Is it just me When i use expedia it seems i am always put in an odd room that only gets used for discounted prices. The toilet seet was so gross and falling apart i didn't want to sit down. 2 towels in a room for 4? Owner needs to invest back into this hotel. Staff was friendly and kind. You csn tell the owner is a slum lord.

estancia no disfrutada por overbooking Hubo overbooking y no me dieron habitación. me quedé en la calle y tuve que volver al aeropuerto y pasar la noche allí. Voy a reclamar y solicitar reintegro

Painful Experience I didn't stay at the hotel, but still hotels.com and Extended stay America charged me. Now they don't intend to refund my money. Both hotels.com and Extended stay America are Big cheats and frauds; stay away from them. I had extremely painful experience with Extended stay America, carnaby street in February 2018 when I stayed there for 20 days.

Bad experience Uncomfortable Not quiet at all. Not even a Remote control for tv. Two flat pillows they’re really uncomfortable and the bed they call queen side is smaller then queen

I booked a room 3 weeks earlier from Extended stay America in Dallas for my son, with a special request that my son will have an important interview next day so he needs a quiet room. However, when my son arrived on that day around 10:30pm, he was told by hotel front desk that there was no room reserved for him. The reason is that the hotel was over booked.
