Needs help Room was pre-paid, called to advise we were running behind and would be there, once there was informed that had we not called, they would have given our room away! Grounds disgusting, trash all over, standing water in the parking lot that was green, never will return

Bad - Mirrors and glass craccked Room needed to be painted and bathroom needed to be maintained and cleaned. good - Front desk staff is very nice, friendly and helpful

The stay was honestly horrible the room has spider's and web's all over. Rat dropping was on the floor beside the fridge and on bathroom floor. No linens on pull out sofa extra pillow had make up on them. I would like a refund on my money could not sleep was afraid slept with light on. I've never in my life stayed in a place like this the outside is nice but inside is horrible.
