After paying for an entire week upfront through Expedia I was called away for 3 days for an emergency. I asked to stay the remaining 2 days that was already paid for. This request was denied and I was charged a no show fee. This hotel was not full. 2 days was no cost to this hotel. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I travel weekly and I will make sure all of my colleagues are aware of this Hotel’s uncooperative management

Unsatisfied Garbage cans from the previous guest we're still full in the room. Comfort of furniture unacceptable. Television signal would come in so flaky, you really couldn't watch TV

No Hot Water-No Pots Bowls I was planning on staying at this hotel once per week for business. Sorry but service was amazing and I need to express how I had to take a shower at my office in the gym since there was no hot water at all. Also, we had a company lunch and I could not cook as there was no bowls pots in the room like I was told by the front desk. So no, I wont be back at this location which my peers would have used as well

I pre paid for this hotel room (3 months prior to my trip). I then flew across the country 2,300 miles for a wedding and was greeted by the staff asking if I was Jared (my name)& then told my room was sold. And no other rooms available. Spent 66$ on uber and 280$ on a new hotel room. Orbitz was no help at all no refund anything I’ll never use orbitz or this hotel chain again. Very ignorant staff told us we needed to leave the property immediately we have no car and two pieces of luggage and no where to stay what a nightmare.... read more

Not a place I would stay again... We had to switch rooms due to cigarette smell in the first one. No sheets for pull out sofa, no soap. The room looked as though it had not seen a vacuum. The staff was not happy to help. There was a small kitchen with nothing, not even a coffee maker which seemed odd. Will not stay again.

Got bug bite during the night. Sheets on the bed smells unclean.
