Place was sketchy and the rooms smelled like cigarettes yet it was suppose to be a smoke free room.
Wasn’t very pleased. Seemed run down and not as clean as it should be smelled like food
There was no hot water during the day I checked in all the way up until 11am the next day. All the staff kept saying is everyone was showering at same time, not true I got up at 3am water was still cold and it was 58 degrees outside. No breakfast only kid sized muffins and old coffee Big Joke!!!!!🙃
Pre holloween visit Spider trapped inside closet light.
Not good enough! Did not like the slow service of front desk. I thought it was somewhat unprofessional. We didn’t like the fact that our towels were dirty and not changed out. We expected more from the bathrooms and overall aesthetics in room and throughout the hotel
