Lodging of last resort. I had to change rooms three times and finally found a quasi serviceable room in the third and final room. Fire alarm would activate when I turned the heat on. The cabinetry and condition of the rooms was poor.

Customer service was AMAZING! Room was clean. The beds were AWFUL. Sleeping on the floor might have been a little more comforting. No tv inside the bedroom was a little disappointing as well.

Weird smells, loud noises from up stairs. Had to change out your own towels. The area was really nice but kinda far from the big city.

Big room but was lacking. One waste basket for entire room. Sofa bed had no linens and matress had food crumbs when it was opened.

The sofa sleeper mattress had left over food crumbs, bloodstain.. No extra sheets and blankets as they did not have cleaning staff. Shampoo no conditioner. Room smell of shrimp. Elevator broken. Trash can was kept in stairwell that also smell like fish.needs better management.
