dingy and uncomfortable. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom when we arrived. The pullout bed had 2 fitted sherts and no flat sheet. There were no cups in the room. Hotel had no ice machine. Only one bar of soap. No other amenities. All beds were very uncomfortable. Hotel had musty smell. Claums to have breakfast, but only had packaged muffins. Staff was friendly.

I was trying to save a buck. Service desk was nice. Bed dirty. Smelled like body odor. Would not stay there again. Main customers seem like workers.

Didn't get what we needed! Booked a room with 2 double beds and sofa bed, when we got there, they didn't have that available, wanted to send us to another extended stay, finally put us in 2 rooms,wanted to charge us for the other room! No hot tub, toilet kept backing up. No daily housekeeping!

Like sleeping on rocks? Appearance and cleanliness good. Housekeeping left supplies in my room. Paid to stay 3 nights; however, left after 2 because the old school, hard, noisy spring mattresses killed my back and both times I took a shower, there was no hot water to begin with. It was lukewarm then freezing. Was not staying a third night so I left. Tried calling them before leaving but they were not equipped with pillowtop or other beds and were not able to adjust.

Avoid Room smelled of cooking odors. Room service did not show up when they were suppose to. Rooms need major upgrades. Beds barely adequate. I checked out early to find a different hotel.

Horrible Experience I made a reservation for a week's stay and I called the hotel to tell them we couldn't check in until 10 p.m. They said I did that properly and my room would be waiting for us. But no. No room for us. The clerk called around and found a room for us. It was extremely upsetting.

Room was dirty. Microwave and stove didn't work. Trash in stairwell wasn't emptied for three day.
