Once I got my card for the room, I thought I was done because I booked my room . I was about to leave then the clerk said maam I need you to sign your receipt .He was having issues with the printer.The clerk at the front desk was preoccupied with fixing a printer .At first I didnt know what he was doing then. Then whem I got to my room I was about to turn on the TV and no remote..so I had to go backdown to the front desk and told the clerk there was no remote to the TV...he started digging in a draw ..pulled out a remote rha... read more

The property looks nice but not so much as clean. The rooms was dirty good thing I brought some Clorox wipes. It smelled like marijuana when you first walk in, the towels was dirty. It was a empty juice pouch behind the tv. One remote for both TV's. I also didn't like the worker checked me out my room before I could get all my stuff. She asked me if I was checking out I said later. When I went back to the room to get the rest of my stuff the card didn't work.

Burns on covers from cigarettes Dirty towels in rooms (Thankfully I brought my own) “Continental breakfast” was actually a muffin & a granola bar 😒 Room keys took maybe 4 or 5 times each time to work for any door. (Can’t be good for safety)

The room i was in was very nice, some what clean, and recently upgraded. There in the process of upgrading all the rooms. I believe that the place needs a new cleaning staff. They lady that "cleans" the rooms does a really bad job but other then that i did not have a problem. The front representative Iffy and Amanda are very nice and seem to make sure all your needs are met.
