Do Better i was extremely disappointed to find all kitchen items (pans, utensils, even a coffee maker) are removed from the rooms which makes the whole point of having a kitchen in suite useless. the desk clerk stated i could buy a cheap pan and spatula for $40 - no thank you. none of this info is stated on the website or hotel description. i had to drive down the street to purchase my own utensils since i already had groceries purchased, just so i could heat dinner and make coffee in the morning. the room was not clean, the... read more

Awful service Well I had to ask for dishes and the lady ignored me and my husband had to retrieve them. There was a dirty wash rag hung over the spicket in the tub no bath towels and when I called to get some the lady told me they were closed and I would have to wait. There was a big hump in the middle of the mattress and I had to wipe the sticky off the counters. Also the floor had particals of leaves and paper. The property was not clean at all. The room had a terrible smell. Housekeepers couldn’t even plunge my toilet when it stopped up, they told me I had to come get a plunger and do it myself.

The room was comfortable and clean. Check in was difficult as no one was available at the check in desk when we arrived. The clerk yelled at my daughter for knocking for service
