They offer that they have a continental breakfast and at the moment of truth they only had a coffee with some donuts, so it's a lie.

I booked a room and was told it was up stairs with no elevator! I have a handicap and could do the stairs. ( When i paid for my room I ask if I would be able to stay in the same room for duration of my stay and was told I would be able to.) They put when I came back later that night to actually get my room key they had to put in a room in the back to of the hotel on bottom floor as that was supposedly only one left. This place said there were only a couple rooms left. Clearly the MID IS SELLING.

If they used all the amenities on the property to the greatest extent and kept everything manicured, clean and tidy it'd be a much better experience. The laundry room always looks and smells crazy in there and there's only a few washers/dryers a wash-house may be a better options.

When the staff here is bad ... they are really bad. Hotel is okay. There is always fresh coffee ready early in the morning and they have a few things to munch on before you go have real coffee and a real breakfast somewhere else. the kitchen items are VERY basic but you can cook and ask them for a coffee machine or a toaster if you want to get fancy!

This probably used to be a nice place but some of the staff are really inept and *rude* then you have great staff members who are really helpful and do their jobs - it's a crapshoot of which day and shift it is. the property urgently needs landscaping for the trash in the courtyard area, the pool should be drained OR open for swimming/lounging. Disgusting. Smell of smoke in the hallways.

Very run down property. Supposedly a non-smoking room, but it smelled of stale tobacco and there were burn marks on the bathroom vanity.
