When we checked in our refrigerator had leftover pizza and chicken it. Bathtub was not clean has hair in it from the last patron. People who resided there weekly hung out at the doors smoking, one girl was evicted from her room and screaming and cussing at whoever was coming to pick her up… very uncomfortable stay

Ive stayed at a other extended stay and had a great experience. This one seems like your staying in a motel off a dead end road. Old gross carpet (my feet stuck in spots) recommend wearing shoes until you get in bed. Smelled horribly like they are trying to cover up the old cigarette smoke. Fridge & microwave stunk countertop looked like it was falling apart in spots. The laminate was peeling up. The 2 good things. -shower looked newer but was not properly cleaned before we stayed. - We only stayed one night.

The room had a weird smell of deodorant. The floor was sticky. They advertise breakfast but it is a coffee and granola bars without a sitting area.

The room was quite shabby and run down. The heater was cranked up to 90 and the room was still chilly—so it clearly didn’t function properly. While the room was not unclean, it wasn’t sparking, and the overall shabbiness of the place made me feel less than confident about the cleanliness overall.

So Gross The hotel is just disgusting. The rooms are run down and the beds are hard as a rock and Crunch every time we moved. Had it not been a quick stop to sleep to break up a 13 hour drive we would have just left. We were there about 7 hours and got up and left right away

They were sold out and had no room for us . I need my momey back asap. I also would like compensation for my time like u guys did for my other guy jeremy stewert. U guys cancelled his room too.

The gentleman at check-out was watching a movie, rude, took for ever and then kicked us out after we waited 28minutes for him to check us in. We had no where to stay. I hope they please play cameras back when we call management.
