Room beside us music all night with deep bass shower did not drain hard to adjust water temperature other than that very good price and location

The room was picked up but not cleaned. There was a used bar of soap in shower from previous person, the sheets were not changed from from previous guest.

I used to think that Extended Stay America provided a consistent level of quality. My three most recent stays have all convinced me the 'good' experiences I had were the exception, not the rule. Our original room was not acceptable since the entire front panel of the AC unit simply fell off and left its mechanical innards on prominent display. Experience was not good from their credit card machine not working and check in process taking more than 30 min. After 12:00am. Followed up by my room being very hot. The AC did not have power. I had to trip the switch at the outlet to get the power on. Sat down to turn on the tv. The remote didn’t work. Upon checkin, I was informed the hotel was completely book and i didnt have a room even though I reserved one. The attendant didnt seem empathetic or concerned with sharing this information. While my mom checked into her room, she later stated that I could upgrade my stay if i didnt mind a kimg size bed. I asked if It would be the same price for the inconvenience. Arrived late at night. Clerk at desk was clearly high on drugs. Seedy individuals in parking lot. Front door propped open when should have been locked. I was with my family and felt completley unsafe. Absolutley do not come to this place at night unless you are cool with drug dealers,pimps and prostitutes. Disgusting.

This hotel was overbooked by 5 rooms and my family, that was booked through Expedia, 9 months ahead of time for 2 rooms was fresh out of luck for our son's graduation from college, even though we were checking in at 7:00pm, not exactly so late our rooms should have been given away! They were not the least bit helpful in helping us find alternative accommodations- They very much didn't care!!
