Very dirty place

I did my reservation for one nigth for a room with two double beds. There was no two beds available. They gave us a one bed room. We were 3 people staying so after paying $530.00 for the room one night I ended up sleeping on a reclining chair! They had no roller beds or any solution available. It is not right end up getting what ever is left on the Hotel when clearly I paid for something diferent and I paid a very expensive price! Bike week, I know, but was expecting to get what I paid for.

The room was musty smelling and even though the property is supposed to be non-smoking, someone on the floor clearly is smoking on a daily basis. The rooms are very dated.

Save your money. The room was dirty upon check in. Feces in the toilet. We called customer service for hotels.com and left. Unacceptable. There was a strong odor in the room like old take out food.

Do not stay here. This place is rundown. The staff tries to keep things in order. They take in homeless people from the VA program and they do not follow The rules. I heard shouting and screaming every day I was there. People were getting kicked out daily for smoking in their rooms but seems like it’s too much for the staff to handle. People setup camping chairs outside and hangout. Seems very shady.

We booked this hotel over 6 months in advance for thanksgiving weekend. When we got there, they said they were overbooked and didn't have a room available. On a busy weekend, everything in the area was sold out. It was a nightmare. And while everyone in the hotel was nice, not sure we will be staying here again.

Unable to find staff for 10 minutes to check in. Bed sheets not clean, bathroom dirty, fridge leaking and bugs crawling on wall. Would not stay again.

Hotel Bug Hell The room was non smoking. But smelled of cigarette smoke. They offered to move me but I was not there much anyway. But there were ROACHES. In the bathroom mostly but on my last morning there was one on the bed!! I checked out immediately and even took one from the bathroom to the front desk person as I checked out. I don’t recommend this hotel without a Big Can Of RAID!
