A lot of potential... The rooms are set up to be so convenient for a family, but the entire hotel was lacking in cleanliness. The staff was friendly and cordial. If someone could just grab a vacuum and a mop and take care of the hallways and entryways, the whole place could look much more inviting.
Pleasant stay My stay was comfortable. Cleanliness was sub par. Hallways and front area was not vacuumed and pool was unaccessible. Filthy and not working. Main reason I picked that particular hotel. Was disappointed. Staff was excellent, very helpful and pleasant.
Hotel is ok... Not real clean, hallways dirty, pool not in operation on a 95 degree day. Not much in the way of grab and breakfast. In fact, the baskets were empty. We will not choose to stay here again.
not good it Took an hour to get room, reservations was already made. absolutely, to long. trash was in stair wells on 2nd and 3rd floors. smell was terrible. checked in 12am trash was still there at 10am check out.

We have been in the process of shampooing our rugs and have since then taken out of the trash. Our staff have been addressed on letting little details fall through the cracks I encourage you to stop by and try us again to see the improvements we have made.
Bad customer service. My reservation was for 3. Had to ask for towls bedding and dishes. Pool was closed. The room itself was nice with good design of room.
Pleasant but needs better housekeeping process The hotel was ok. Major disappointment was no maid service the while stay. If you need clean towels or toiletries you must get them from front desk during certain time of day. Room was clean the first day after, not so much.
