Staff was on point but hotel was very dirty and musty. no cups or alarm clock in room. Not Enuf pillows. No Ice machine,
Nice but expect more for the price The hotel staff was awesome - very courteous and efficient. The room furnishings were much nicer than I expected and overall the cleanliness was good. I would say great, but there was an ink-stained sheet on the bed and a stain on the bathroom sink that was the color of blood though not likely blood. The room was very pleasant otherwise. Just ok Good
A lot of potential... The rooms are set up to be so convenient for a family, but the entire hotel was lacking in cleanliness. The staff was friendly and cordial. If someone could just grab a vacuum and a mop and take care of the hallways and entryways, the whole place could look much more inviting.
Pleasant stay My stay was comfortable. Cleanliness was sub par. Hallways and front area was not vacuumed and pool was unaccessible. Filthy and not working. Main reason I picked that particular hotel. Was disappointed. Staff was excellent, very helpful and pleasant.
Hotel is ok... Not real clean, hallways dirty, pool not in operation on a 95 degree day. Not much in the way of grab and breakfast. In fact, the baskets were empty. We will not choose to stay here again.
not good it Took an hour to get room, reservations was already made. absolutely, to long. trash was in stair wells on 2nd and 3rd floors. smell was terrible. checked in 12am trash was still there at 10am check out.

We have been in the process of shampooing our rugs and have since then taken out of the trash.
