Nice hotel Nice hotel. Very accommodating staff. Fast and easy check in.
You asked me too Front desk crew on days are very nice. Real easy to talk too! They just seem under staffed and need much better maintenance. Have stayed there several days and never once seen a maintenance worker at all! Other than that the crew is great cold be cleaner. But I also understand that people are pigs and have no respect for the property
Favorite hotel, just needs upgrade! I love the size of the room and the convenience of stores, but they definitely need an upgrade. Trash is everywhere, they're always missing something in my room every time I go...first a blowdryer and light was out, the next visit my tv didn't work and last time the shower curtain was missing smh. Staff is very friendly, but Don't like being interrupted if you need something! There also needs to be better breakfast options if people are paying close to $100/night.
It was just OK.... It was ok, we asked for a non smoking room and he room smellled like cigarettes. The toilet paper room was used before. The refrigerator door was missing as well. Lastly the sheets in the bed were super ruff. The only thing that was nice was the lighting in the mirror.
Not the best but not the worst. Let me first start off by saying i'm a man who doesn't complain often. I would sleep on the floor or couch if I need to kinda guy. This hotel was okay. When I checked in they told me that there wasn't any room service. I had to asked her to repeat it because I thought I heard her wrong. No room service in a hotel?!
